Paddington travel chaos LIVE: Train chaos after incident between Reading and London

Trains to and from London Paddington station in London are currently being cancelled or delayed due to an incident. Great Western Railway (GWR) has confirmed that all lines are closed between the stations.

The train company expects disruption until at least 3pm. According to a worker at London Paddington, there has been a "fatality down the line" and emergency services have been called.
