Lauren Goodger steps out in leopard print hotpants after revealing surgery plans

The Only Way Is EssexstarLauren Goodger was all smiles as she stepped out in hotpants to join her co-stars at the pub. The TV personality, 38, clung on to the remnants of summer in a tight black vest, tiny hotpants, black sandals, and a suede brown Chanel shoulder bag.

She stopped to smile for the cameras with co-star Saffron Lempriere before heading into Sir Henry's Pub in Romford on Wednesday afternoon to join her reality TV pals. Others at the meet-up included Celebrity Big Brother star Ella Rae Wise, who wowed in a bright yellow playsuit.

Ella gave the camera several happy poses as she showed off the backless halterneck outfit with a bubbled skirt. Others at the pub include Danni Imbert, Elma Pazar, Junaid, Joe Blackman and Freddie Bentley.

The TOWIE outing comes after Lauren revealed she will need time out this year to get her breast and bum implants removed.

She admitted the cosmetic surgery she had left her believing her body looked 'abnormal'. She said this year: "I've ruined my looks with surgery - I hate my fake boobs and bum now. I feel like my body looks abnormal - I don't need these massive boobs and massive bum."

Lauren joined the reality show in 2010, documenting life in Essex, her infamous relationship and subsequent split from her ex-boyfriend, Mark Wright, and the fiery arguments between the cast, including Samantha Faires, Maria Fowler and Lydia Bright.

Taking to social media, she recently said that her boobs had been "perfect" beforehand but later said they "make her look big".

Posing for a snap which she shared on social media wearing a sheer pink lingerie set, Lauren said: "11 years ago I had a breast augmentation, one of the things I regret later in life. I had the perfect boobs.

"They have been great over the years but since being a mum and breastfeeding for 1 year they have now changed and I've always found they make me look bigger!

"Also they are heavy and I don't like the idea of an implant being in me all these years and I miss my old boob so much.. so after looking around I've found someone that I feel really keen with having my consultation with @marksolomos.

"This is a HUGE step for me I've wanted to have them removed for so long but suffering with serve anxiety surgery is the last thing I can do!

"So it's early stages but I am bringing you a long with me! I'm terrified but also for health reasons I’m having implants removed and bring back more to my normal self wanting to reverse everything back to natural."
