Just weeks after admitting she wished she had a better relationship with her ex, Kerry Katona has reunited with her former husband Brian McFadden to celebrate their eldest daughter Molly’s 24 th birthday.
The pair were married from 2002 to 2006 and are share daughters Molly and Lilly-Sue, 22, but after divorcing the two haven’t had much of a relationship after parting ways.
However, it looks like there’s no longer any bad blood between them as Kerry, 44, took to Instagram on Sunday to share a heartfelt message for her baby girl, alongside a series of pictures of her.
As well as throwback photos of Molly when she was growing up, one of the noticeable pictures was of Molly standing in between her mum and dad as they posed for a sweet snap for her birthday celebrations.

Molly can be seen wearing a black and white top with a bright red lip, while her mum and dad beam from ear to ear beside her. Kerry captioned the post: “How on earth is my first born 24 today!!!! Happy Birthday my beautiful baby girl @123_mollymc.
“I honestly cannot express how proud I am of the woman you’ve turned out to be… I love you all the world my baby girl and I miss you like crazy,” the Celebs Go Dating star concluded.
The former couple haven’t had the best of relationships over the years, with Kerry hitting out at her ex on a number of occasions. She claimed in a podcast back in 2023: “ He was a s**t dad. I'm the one who provides for them..”
However, Brian has barely mentioned his ex-wife and previously went to great lengths not to mention her in the BBC documentary, Boybands Forever, which released last year.
In a very awkward exchange, the interviewer asked him on camera: “Marrying Kerry, you're sort of…” as Brian quickly interjected: “I don’t want to talk about her, no. Definitely no."
In June this year, Kerry admitted she wished the pair could have a better relationship and lamented the end of their friendship.
She wrote in her column for new! magazine: "I wish Brian and I could have stayed friends. Molly went to watch him at a festival last week and I would have loved to have gone with her. It would be great to have a better relationship.”
Their reunion comes as she shared details about their split while appearing on Paul C Brunson's We Need To Talk podcast. She revealed: "I didn't know that Brian had cheated on his stag do before we got married. I only found out after we got married.
"The girl who we cheated on me with, with a lap dancer, he made her sign an NDA, which was stupid, really, because it's in writing. Paid her 15 grand to keep her mouth shut, and she still went to the papers anyway.
"It was never the same after that with me and Brian. So I think even on the wedding day, Brian must have had doubts, but we were puppies, we were babies, and it was such a huge thing to do.
"I met Brian in 1999 and we separated in 2004, we divorced in 2007. So this is the thing people think, Paul, that I've just had like these things. I haven't. I've gone in all wholeheartedly, and I've given it my all.”
