Jeff Brazier took to social media to share a sweet post in honour of son Freddy's 21st birthday. The presenter uploaded a reel of throwback images of the pair to mark the occasion.
He also shared a lengthy message in which he told his son he has a "feeling your 21st year will be a special one." Jeff wrote on Instagram: "Happy 21st Birthday to our Freddy," along with a red love heart emoji.
"What adventures we’ve had! Incredible memories made and challenges we’ve faced. So many lessons and there can’t be much you haven’t taught me about being a Dad!"
He went on: "We’re always going to be here with hearts full of love and chests full of pride.

"The destination will be so sweet for you and so deserved, there are lots of different paths and I’ll always be walking along side you on yours no matter how many times you ignore the sat-nav."
And Jeff signed off: "I have a feeling your 21st year will be a special one."
Among the images were Jeff with Freddy as a toddler in a football strip. There were also snaps of them on the beach together and Jeff with their three dogs.
The carousel kept flicking between throwback childhood memories and those closer to today, including an image of them preparing food while wearing matching Tottenham Hotspur gear.
"Happy 21st birthday gorgeous Freddie, you are truly amazing," gushed one user in the comments section. Another penned: "Your [sic] a very handsome young man you will go far. Happy birthday young man."

Freddy recently admitted he "can't wait to be a dad" as he shared he first snap of his baby's mum. He took to TikTok showing off his 'baby mamma' in the wholesome post. He had previously shared the exciting news on Instagram. .
Sharing a snap of the scenery in London's Canary Wharf, Freddy included the caption: "I'm actually a DILF to be!!" He then filmed a short clip of himself walking across a bridge and quipped: "I am actually a DILF to be."
In the rather unusual way of announcing a baby, Freddy used the slang word DILF, which stands for 'Dad I'd Like to F***'.
He later went on to share another picture of his girlfriend with his beloved pet pooch as he captioned it "my little family so far." The reality TV star also dedicated a spot to his "amazing father" Jeff who is said to be helping him navigate becoming a first-time dad.
The touching moment came after after Jeff was said to have wanted to help Freddy in any way he can after the pair reconnected with each other.
