The Lionesses are European champions again.
Sarina Wiegman's side have retained their title, beating world champs Spain 3-1 on penalties after a 1-1 draw in Switzerland. Substitute Chloe Kelly fired in the winning penalty after three Spanish misses - two of which were saved by Hannah Hampton.
The Lionesses came back twice to reach the decider in Basel and book this revenge mission against the same side who beat them at the 2023 World Cup in Sydney.
The fell behind to Mariona Caldentey in the 25th minute, only for her Arsenal team-mate Alessia Russo to head home an equaliser in the second half after Kelly's fine cross.

Hannah Hampton - 9
Big stops to deny Gonzalez and Pina but didn’t have a chance with Caldentey’s header. Came into her own in the shoot-out to become a bona-fide Lionesses hero.
Lucy Bronze - 5
Couldn’t get near her forward for Spain’s opener and lost her edge later after a yellow card.
Leah Williamson - 8
Distribution from the back was always going to be a factor and she helped relieve pressure when needed.
Jess Carter - 8
One important block in the first half along with one nervy moment which went unpunished, but was excellent in extra-time.
Alex Greenwood - 6
Some sharp moments from an attacking standpoint, got better defensively as game progressed.
Keira Walsh - 7
Always England’s calmest player on the ball but struggled to snuff out Spain’s midfield threat.
Georgia Stanway - 6
Faced a tough midfield battle but fought well and played her part in build-up to the equaliser.
Lauren James - 5
Wasn’t herself on and off the ball and injury brought an early end to her day before half-time.
Ella Toone - 6
Did what she could to press from the front but had few opportunities on the ball.
Lauren Hemp - 7
So close to an opener after fashioning a chance all by herself and helped neutralise Carmona’s attacking threat.
Alessia Russo - 8
Selfless running was key, unlucky not to put England in front early on and deserved her goal, before surprisingly being substituted.

Substitutes:
Kelly for James, 41, 8 - The difference-maker again. Assist for Russo, then the match-winning penalty.
Agyemang for Russo, 71 6 - No goal from the bench this time but offered strong focal point.
