Comedians Joe Wilkinson and Lucy Beaumont have also signed up for the new series, as well as presenter Clare Balding, actress and actresses Celia Imrie and Ruth Codd.
Claudia Winkleman will be back to host the hit show, which launched three years ago in the UK. A celebrity version also airs in the United States, but differently, it has both celebrities and civilians in it.
The seven stars that were spotted at the airport looked in good spirits as they arrived in Scotland for filming. Each person in the group will be given a Traitor or Faithful badge and will have to convince the others of their truth - or their deception.
Filming is already underway on the hit show but the BBC have yet to confirm when the new series will air. ln the last civilian series, there was a huge twist when the power of The Seer was revealed - which allowed someone to find out if someone else was a Faithful or a Traitor just days before the final, leading to some huge games and backstabbing.

Filming for the BBC series is said to be gruelling, with one of the series' stars Charlotte Chilton , as she admitted she would spend hours on end with them.
"That's the hardest part. It sounds crazy - you might go 'you were only together for like 3 weeks or whatever'. But that 3 weeks, where some days like... 17 hours in a day and you're sat with those people constantly," she told The .

She added: "You talk about the weirdest things. You talk about really personal things. Lots of things that didn't make it into the episodes because they're so jam-packed and it really gives you an insight into people.
"I would go as far to say I told these guys more than I've told some of my best friends because the trust you build over that time and because it's so immersive and you've got no contact with family or friends or anything, you suddenly rely on these people."
The Celebrity Traitors will have to convince their fellow showbiz and TV stars they are Faithful - but will they suceed? There will likely to be even bigger backstabbing and twists as the 20 stars take part in the brand new series, the first celebrity version the UK has done of the popular reality series.
There have been three series of so far, with the Faithfuls having won two out of three series so far. Harry Clark took home the full prize money in series two when he managed to convince Faithful Mollie he was one in the same.
In the last series, it was the Faithfuls that won as they managed to oust Charlotte from the group. However, winners Jake and Leanne also kicked out two fellow Faithfuls before the game was up.
