With only a few days left for the 2025 Bihar Assembly elections, the blame game seems to be intensifying. Union Minister Chirag Paswan has strongly criticized the RJD-Congress alliance.

Speaking to news agency ANI on Saturday, Lok Jan Shakti Party (Ram Vilas) LJPR president Chirag Paswan said that the situation in Bihar during the 1990s was no secret. He criticized the then-government, describing how murder, robbery, and kidnapping were rampant. 

 

Union Minister Chirag Paswan targets Congress and RJD. 

Targeting the Congress and RJD, Union Minister Chirag Paswan recounted how industries were prevented from coming here and how a perception of Bihar was created that led people to stop investing in Bihar. Tired of crime, Biharis began migrating, and the highest levels of migration occurred during the period of jungle raj in Bihar. And this is absolutely true.

"RJD and Congress have ruined Bihar." 

The Union Minister stated that the RJD and Congress have worked together to destroy Bihar, and since the NDA government came to power for the third time at the center, PM Modi has visited Bihar several times in the past year. PM Modi has dedicated projects worth crores of rupees to Bihar. This in itself shows the stark difference in the thinking of the two coalitions.

 

Chirag Paswan said that the alliance that promotes and protects crime is the Grand Alliance. On the other hand, we have the NDA alliance, whose minister is solely for development.
