Such as - 
1. Talk to your children for 15 minutes every day without any advice. Experts believe that if you spend just 15 minutes every day with your child without teaching or scolding, just listening to him, then gradually the child will become calm and sensible.
2. Also, understand your child's feelings, don't judge them. When your child is angry or crying, don't try to calm them down immediately. First, ask them and understand what's happening, then say, "Let's talk."
3. Don't scold your child for their mistakes, teach them. If your child makes a mistake, instead of scolding them, talk to them about their mistake and what they can do better next time. This will make your child feel like you're their guide.
4. Establish a routine for your child and teach them that there's a time for everything. Explain to them that there are set times for eating, playing, studying, and using the mobile phone. Having a set routine helps children maintain balance and focus.
5. Use emotional words with children. Avoid saying things like, "You always do this to your children." Instead, tell your children, "I don't like it when you say things like that. Can we fix it?"
