The man, identified as Ramsevak Pal from Kheria Modi, was upset because the agency allegedly did not repair his bike despite several requests.
Ramsevak had given his bike for servicing in the afternoon, stating that its clutch plate was not working. He claimed that due to the delay, he had to deliver milk using a bicycle, which caused the milk to spoil and led to financial loss.

However, the agency’s manager, Himanshu, denied the allegations. He said Ramsevak left the bike with the key in it without informing anyone, did not take a service slip, and did not mention any problem.
The manager also stated that no one had refused to service the bike and that Ramsevak had only brought two coconuts with him.
