Bollywood stars grabbed everyone's attention with their stylish looks at the recently held Met Gala 2025 in New York. This time, Shah Rukh Khan, Diljit Dosanjh, Kiara Advani, and other Indian celebrities made their debut at this famous fashion event. However, while some people are praising their looks, many stars have also become victims of trolling on social media.

The theme of the Met Gala and the charm of Indian stars
This year, the theme of the Met Gala was 'Superfine: Tailoring Black Style', which was based on black fashion and culture. Indian stars presented this theme in their style with their designers. While Shah Rukh and Diljit grabbed attention with their unique looks, Kiara flaunted her pregnancy in a glamorous style. But social media trolling affected this special moment of theirs to some extent.
Shahrukh Khan's explosive debut, still trolled
Bollywood's King Khan, Shah Rukh Khan, stepped into the Met Gala for the first time. He wore an all-black suit by designer Sabyasachi Mukherjee, which included golden jewellery, a pendant with 'SRK' and 'K' and a stylish stick. His stylish look was well received by fans, and Alia Bhatt also called it a 'legend'. But some social media users called his look 'over-dramatic' and mocked that 'Shahrukh reached the Met Gala directly from the set of a film.'

Diljit Dosanjh's royal look, but could not escape trolling.
Punjabi singer and actor Diljit Dosanjh entered the Met Gala in a royal Punjabi look designed by Prabal Gurung. With an off-white Akkan, turban and jewellery depicting Punjabi culture, he paid tribute to Maharaja Bhupinder Singh. His unique style was described by many as 'royal' and 'spectacular'. But some trolls called his look off theme and said, 'Is this the Met Gala or a Punjabi wedding?'
