Ingredients for Corn-Spinach Pakodas:
Gram flour – 1 cup
Onion – 1 finely chopped
Ginger-garlic paste – 1 teaspoon


Green chilies – 2 finely chopped
Coriander leaves – 2 tablespoons finely chopped

Spinach – 1 cup finely chopped
Sweet corn – 1/2 cup (boiled)
Rice flour – 3 tablespoons
Cumin seeds – 1/2 teaspoon
Turmeric powder – 1/2 teaspoon
Red chili powder – 1/2 teaspoon
Coriander powder – 1/2 teaspoon
Salt – to taste
Water – as needed
Oil – for frying

Method:

Prepare the batter:
Pour the gram flour into a large bowl and combine the finely chopped onion, boiled sweet corn, and finely chopped spinach leaves. Then, add the ginger-garlic paste, green chilies, cumin seeds, and salt.

Mix the spices:
Add turmeric, chili powder, coriander powder, and finely chopped coriander leaves. Add rice flour to enhance the crispiness. Gradually add water to form a thick batter.

Fry the pakodas:
Heat oil in a pan. When the oil is medium hot, add small portions of the batter and fry them until golden brown and crispy on both sides.

Serve:
