Rajasthan Public Service Commission, Ajmer, has issued an official notification for recruitment to the posts of Junior Legal Officer (JLO). If you also want to apply for RPSC JLO 2025, then you will be able to apply for these posts soon by visiting the official website rpsc.rajasthan.gov.in. Let us tell you, RPSC has released recruitment for a total of 12 posts of JLO. Applications for these posts will start from 27th August. Also, interested and eligible candidates can apply through online mode till 25th September, 2025.
Educational Qualification
To apply for these posts, the candidates must have graduated in law from a recognized institute in India. Apart from this, the candidates should have knowledge of the Hindi Devanagari written language and the Rajasthan culture. Also, the candidates should have other prescribed eligibility.
Age Limit
The minimum age of the candidates to apply is 21 years, and the maximum age is 40 years. Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribe, OBC, EWS, and General Women candidates of Rajasthan state will be given 5 5-year relaxation in the age limit. Apart from this, Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribe, OBC, and EWS women of Rajasthan will be given 10 10-year relaxation in the age limit.
Application fee
Candidates will also have to pay an application fee. The application fee for general and OBC candidates has been fixed at Rs 600. The application fee for Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribe, and Divyang candidates has been fixed at Rs 400.
How will the selection be done?
Candidates will be selected on the basis of a written examination and an interview. 150 questions will be asked of the candidates in the written examination. This will be a three-hour exam, in which a negative marking of one-third marks will be done for each wrong answer. Candidates who pass this exam will be invited for an interview.
